Base made of Manila cane tied with gut parchment. 2 cm thickness top made of lava stone extracted on the slopes of Etna volcano. “Occhio di Pernice” finish, porous and perforated with water-repellent protective oil.
The Etnean basalt is a tough material and shows a dark and uniform colour, whose origin is connected to the cooling process of lava flows.
